Residential Dwelling (Drumblair Court-Kingston) – The project involves the renovation and alteration of a four bedroom house approximately 3500 sq.ft. (September 2004- April 2005)

Advance Auto Electric (Hagley Park Road, Kingston) – The project involves the construction of a commercial building approximately 4000 sq.ft.. (March 2004 –Nov 2004)

Residential Dwelling (Chancellary Hall – Red Hills Kingston) – The project involves the construction of a Twelve bedroom mansion approximately 8000 sq.ft. including swimming  pool and other facilities.(February 2005- Dec.2007) 

Residential Dwelling (,Huddersfield St Mary) - The project involves the Construction of a Four bedroom dwelling of approximately 3000 sq.ft..(January 2006 –MARCH 2007) 

Apartment Building ( lot 121 Spring Valley Estate Tower Isle St. Mary)- The project involves the Construction of Eighteen apartment  dwelling totaling  approximately 15000 sq.ft.. 

Residential Dwelling- (Ewarton, St Catherine) - The project involved the construction of a Four Bedroom dwelling, including basement. Approximately 3000 sq.ft.  : 

Refurbishing Nurses Quarters ( Anotto Bay Hospital ,St.Mary) The project involved alteration of 105 m2 of Ceilings ,Tiling ,Electrical Pluming etc.)(December 2008 – Feb 09)

Refurbishing of Administrative Office( Port Antonio Hospital) - approximately 50 m2

This scope of work includes new ceilings dry wall cubicles ,Tiling  ,Painting Electrical 

and Pluming etc.(March 2009-May2009).    Employer North East Reginal Health Authority Ocho Rios St.Ann.

Supply and Commissioning of Containers at (St. Mary and St.Ann Health Department) Scope of works includes reconstructing containers into offices.
